William Lane, Director of Strategic Planning

As Director of Strategic Planning Mr. Lane sets the strategic direction for the company as well as heads Committees, IPOs, Public Listings, Up Listings, Corporate Structuring. Financial Market Guidance, Financing Planning & structure, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital markets. Mr. Lanes has been the lead Advisor in over One Hundred IPO, as well as negotiating several billion dollars in transactions in the capital markets. As the managing Member/ CEO of several private Real Estate companies. His companies have been responsible for placing hundreds of families in affordable housing of which 75% of those buyers still own their homes today. In his career Mr. Lane has been responsible for closing over a billion dollars of commercial and residential transactions. Mr Lane is currently a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona.

Hard work, honesty and integrity lay as the cornerstones Will Lanes’ personality, and success. As native New Yorker, Lanes joined the work force at age 14 but spent the better part of his younger years as an outstanding athlete. By age 18 he was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds Baseball organization. Rather than accepting a Minor League contract Lane decided to pursue other sports and business opportunities. Mr. Lane Bowled on the Professional Bowlers tour 1979 thru 1989, while attending college at Stony Brook University from 1980-1982. During this time he opened a chain of sporting goods stores that eventually stretched throughout the New York metropolitan area.

With the track record of building top performing businesses, Lane decided to shift his focus to the financial services. He became a licensed stockbroker holding a series 7, and 63. Mr. Lane quickly became a top producer working for several high profile firms through his late twenties. At the height of his career. Mr.Lane managed over half a billion dollar portfolio. His experience on Wall Street led him to pursue opportunities in investment banking with a focus on capital restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. This was the genesis for his a thirst for knowledge in securities industry, Mr. Lane has developed a name for himself as an “out of the box problem solver” which continues to be one of his greatest assets to his clients.

In the mid-1990’s, Lane moved to Arizona to raise a family, where he Founded Quantum Inc. which provided investment banking Advisory services for a number of small to mid-size companies before settling into a full-time position as Chief Operating Officer of a high profile Internet marketing company. Lane guided the new internet start-up through successful product development while positioning the company as an alluring acquisition candidate. The company was eventually acquired for 250 million dollars by a public company. This was the beginning of a string of wins that allowed Mr. Lanes to “retire” in 2001. After a hiatus for over a decade which allowed Mr. Lanes to spend time with his fiancée and children. Mr. Lane states the legacy we leave is only as vast as the love and time we give to our family, Mr. Lane now looks forward to a new challenge of becoming CrestRock Advisors, Inc. Director of Strategic Planning.

Phil Nuciola, Director of Product Development

As Director Product Development Mr. Nuciola is responsible for determining which projects make it to final review for inclusion CrestRock Advisors Portfolio Projects. Phil also serves as Chairman of CrestRock Advisors Portfolio Projects selection committee.

Before becoming the Director of Product Development for CrestRock Advisors. Phil served as Chairman of the Board CRMI, a publicly traded Energy company. During Mr. Nuciola’s tenure the company grew from 1.5 million in assets and 4 million in debt to 14 million in assets and 2 million of debt, Phil has organized resources, structured and financed numerous Initial Public Offerings and private placements over his 18 year career as a Stockbroker holding a series 7 & 63 licensees. Mr. Nuciola maintained senior positions at Cornerstone Partners, Kingsman Capital and later with American Freedom Securities. His total assets under management approached half a billion dollars. Mr. Nuciola was born and raised in New York City; he attended the University of Rochester.
